hehe, yeah, it wears him out but he doesn't seem to mind. i told him there were kitties ("kitty" is his code word for any small creature that's fun to chase, and it sends him running around like crazy until he can find a squirrel or something to bark at), and it was hilarious because it was like he ran in slow motion. still pretty fast but the snow slowed him down a whole lot.
What fun photos of a happy dog. Our schipperke loved the cold and snow, and could run through it, shake himself off, and be perfectly clean and dry. Our little poodle, on the other hand, would come back with huge clumps of snow clinging like glue to her hair.
Great pictures. I love watching dogs in the snow. We had snow too, but ours looks kinda prissy next to yours... more of a gentle dusting.
