about a third of my 30-something tomato plants have set fruit already! also super exciting:
an eggplant! in june! it’s so much earlier than i’ve ever seen eggplant happen before.
lots and lots of ground cherries...
and the peppers are early, too. this one is a joe’s long cayenne, and i also have hungarian black, marbles and TAM mild jalapeno peppers forming. i thought a couple bell peppers set fruit but they dropped.
all but four of the pepper plants are blooming,
and all but a handful of the tomatoes. i’ve seen a lot of double blossoms, even one triple:
i hope it grows a really crazy looking tomato.
