i *was* going to do an elaborate dia de los muertos theme for tour de fat this year...i put on the makeup last night for a practice run, and then i realized that not only would this crap run off my skin and smear all over everything the second i set foot outside in 90 degree weather, but it would also be impossible to hold a camera up to my face with all that on. taking photos = more important than being in costume. i took a bunch of pictures of the practice makeup so that my pores would not be clogged in vain.
